Dispatch schedule

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Berlin via DHL. Most orders dispatch within 2 business days. Tracking is included on all shipments. You'll get the tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email.

Outside Europe

We don't currently ship outside Europe.

Larger items (espresso machines, grinders)

Sage, Lelit, Baratza and other equipment can be bulkier and heavier than coffee. They may ship with a different logistics partner than the rates above. We'll pick the right courier once your order is in, and you'll get a tracking number on dispatch.

Packstation and PO boxes

We can't deliver to Packstations or PO boxes. Please use a street address.

Returned to sender

If your order comes back to us because of an error on our end, we'll send it out again at no extra cost. We don't take responsibility for deliveries returned because of:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Recipient not at home and name not visible on the door or doorbell.
  • Parcel not picked up from a collection point within the allocated period.

In those cases we can either refund the order excluding the original delivery cost, or reship at your cost.

Damaged, lost, or delayed deliveries

If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at hello@field-coffee.de within 14 days of the expected delivery date. For delays, you can also check your tracking number directly with the courier.
