Espresso

An espresso machine at home. 15g in, 30g out, in 30 seconds. The Field espresso baseline.

V60, Chemex, or another dripper. 1:16, 2:30 brew time, a clean juicy cup for two.

A concentrate you dilute to taste. 50g into 200g, then stretch with hot water to 4 cups. Great for travel.
