Located in the heart of Berlin's Neukölln district, Atelier Dough are specialists in the combination of French craftsmanship and culinary modernity. They are, above all, donut specialists – every day they make fresh donuts by hand, a selection of the finest donuts, which are made fresh by hand every day with the highest quality ingredients possible.
For the Atelier Dough crew, particular attention is paid to the artisanal character of the production of their donuts and other goods. They source basic ingredients such as flour, sugar or salt, prioritising regional products where possible. For intermediate products, such as marshmallows, they are freshly made in-house.
Beyond doughnuts, the Atelier Dough team is also passionate about collaboration, and often teams up with local Berlin businesses for special releases.
One of our favourite creations was the special edition doughnut based on the flavour notes of Fjord Coffee Roasters' 'Ethiopia Okoluu' espresso (pictured above) – signature dough with a luscious white peach mascarpone filling, sporting a dark chocolate ganache glaze, and is topped with a little jewel of candied orange peel. YUM.
