Baratza Vario+, Flat Burr Espresso & Filter Grinder

54mm ceramic flat burrs

Ceramic flat burrs run cooler than steel, stay sharp longer, and give you the particle consistency that makes the difference in the cup. At 54mm they're large enough to handle espresso and filter at proper speed, without the heat build-up that blunts grind quality on smaller burr sets.

Macro and micro adjustment, 230 settings in total

Two adjustment sliders let you set grind size with real precision: a macro slider for broad moves between brew methods, a micro slider for fine-tuning within a method. Ten macro steps, twenty-three micro steps, 230 positions in total. Dial in espresso to within a hair of where you want it, then slide over to filter without losing the setting.

Three programmable dose timers

Set and save up to three timed doses, say, single espresso, double espresso, and a batch for filter. Hit the button and the grinder doses straight into the included portafilter holder. No weighing, no second-guessing, no watching the clock.
