It took us years (literally) to find a decaffeinated specialty grade coffee that actually tasted great. Using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) Decaffeination Process, also known a the sugar cane process, to naturally and gentlly remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s sweetness and body. The beans are steamed, washed in the EA solution to extract caffeine, then rinsed and dried for a clean, flavorful cup.
