With dual stainless steel boilers and a heated group head, this machine delivers serious thermal stability. Thanks to digital PID temperature control, you get water at exactly the right temperature - every time. That means no “temperature surfing,” no guessing, just consistently great espresso, shot after shot.
Precise espresso extraction
The Dual Boiler™ uses two dedicated stainless steel boilers - one for espresso, one for steam - and a PID-controlled heated group head to deliver perfectly stable brewing temperatures. Plus, an integrated Over Pressure Valve (OPV) limits maximum pressure during extraction, helping to avoid bitterness and bring out the balanced flavours in every shot.
And with true low pressure pre-infusion, pressure builds gradually to gently expand the coffee grounds for an even, flavour-packed extraction. A built-in shot timer and pressure gauge let you track your brew and fine-tune your skills like a pro.
Microfoam milk, just like the pros
The powerful steam wand - powered by its own dedicated boiler - instantly delivers high pressure steam for barista-level milk texturing. You’ll get smooth, silky microfoam that enhances flavour and pours beautifully for latte art. And unlike entry-level machines, there’s no wait between pulling your shot and steaming milk. It all happens simultaneously.
