Lelit William PL71 — Brushed Stainless On-Demand Espresso Grinder

The Lelit William PL71 is the grinder to pair with a proper espresso machine. Fifty-millimetre flat burrs, stepless micro-regulation, and a simple control layout that gets on with the job. Grind on demand straight into the portafilter, dose by time, and leave the machine to do the rest.

50mm flat burrs

Flat burrs give you a consistent grind profile shot after shot, with the cup clarity that home baristas tend to want from a prosumer setup. Fifty millimetres is the right size for the job — big enough to handle back-to-back shots without heating up, compact enough for the William's footprint.

Stepless micro-regulation

Turn the knob and the burrs move. No clicks, no fixed presets — you dial grind size in whatever increment you need. Handy when you're chasing the sweet spot on a new coffee and the next step on a stepped grinder would take you too far.

On-demand grinding with dose timers

Grind straight into the portafilter. Preset single and double dose timers handle the measuring; an add/stop button lets you top up or cut a dose short mid-grind. No hopper-emptying between beans, no doser to fuss with.

Adjustable chute and portafilter fork

The coffee chute adjusts to direct the grind cleanly into the basket, and the height-adjustable fork holds the portafilter in place while it grinds. Small details, but the kind that stop coffee ending up on the counter.

Italian-built, 350g hopper

Made in Italy. 350g hopper capacity, 6kg, compact enough at 14x22.5x36.5cm to sit next to a Victoria, Elizabeth, or MaraX without crowding the counter.
